Meet David Formby

David Formby has practised commercial property law since qualification as a solicitor in 2007. In that time he has advised SME’s, lenders, developers, retailers and industrial companies in their commercial property matters. David is a First Class graduate in Law from the University of Lancaster, (LL.b, 2004). He works mostly on commercial leases, corporate support, asset sales and purchases, together with the usual sales and purchases of commercial or mixed use property.
