Commercial Property

David has practised as a commercial and residential property solicitor since qualification in 2007. He has advised investors, companies, lenders, developers, and landowners over his time in both high street and commercial firms. He has also worked with residential purchasers and sellers, and on buy to let purchases through companies, together with any mortgage implications.

In commercial matters he has worked with rural property, leasehold estate management, high street retail leasing, and corporate support. He is strong in advising upon leasing and commercial landlord and tenant.

David is hard working, diligent, and always keeps clients updated.

A close-up, photographic image of an open commercial lease document on a refined grey fabric desk pad, the black serif text sharply in focus around key clauses, with a chrome fountain pen resting diagonally across the lower margin. The paper has a slight texture, catching soft afternoon daylight that streams in from a nearby window, creating delicate highlights on the pen’s polished barrel. In the softly blurred background, a minimalist legal reference book with a dark cover and a slim metallic bookmark sits parallel to a closed laptop. Shot from a slightly elevated angle with shallow depth of field, the composition feels precise, calm, and meticulous, embodying thorough lease negotiation and legal accuracy for a professional solicitor’s website.
A high-resolution exterior view of a modern mid-rise office building, featuring clean glass curtain walls, brushed metal framing, and a subtle mix of light stone cladding at street level. Clear signage panels are intentionally blank, ready for digital branding. The building stands on a wide, tidy pavement with neatly aligned stainless-steel bollards and low-maintenance planters containing structured evergreen shrubs. Soft overcast daylight creates even, shadow-free lighting, emphasizing the crisp geometry and transparent reflections in the glass. Photographic realism from a slightly low angle enhances the sense of stature and reliability. The composition uses the rule of thirds, with generous negative space in the sky above, producing a confident, contemporary, and trustworthy mood appropriate for a commercial property law setting.
